This realization of my science deficiency definitely piqued when I sat down with our Woodmaster, Tim Faith, to talk about our new white sour ale – Incorrigible.
It’s probably important to mention, before we go any further, that I was a mediocre science student. I mostly had really smart lab partners who were perfectly happy with me recording data, so I didn’t accidentally sneeze over our petri dishes.
This worked well for my report card, but not so much for actually, you know, learning science stuff.
