Chef Dale Beaubien has been working in restaurants on and off since he was sixteen. So, the man knows his way around the kitchen.
He went to Northern Michigan and studied English and then went to work on an MFA. In the end, he decided academia wasn’t exactly where he wanted to be. He moved back to Tecumseh where he grew up and began to work at Eden Foods. That’s where he really became interested in food – its traditions, seasonality and purity.
