Oversee the distribution teams overall strategy and protocol towards participating, supporting and collaborating with events in our market area. Coordinate our education strategy in terms of developing our team and the trade’s product awareness both specifically to our brands as well as our larger industry segments. (ie beer, spirits, food pairing, storage, care, etc.)

Key areas of responsibility
Market Event coordination: Prioritize, support, promote & organize
Network: Manage key National relationships with event chairs, restauranteurs & trade media Educate: Prepare and present topics of related educational value.
Current Markets: Event influence covers NHB’s trade area (Currently 13 states)
MI, OH, IL, WI, MN, MO, KY, PA, NJ, VA, DC, NC, SC

| Qualifications |
Extensive knowledge of beer styles, serving and care
Extensive knowledge of spirit styles, serving and care Food forward perspective and knowledge of culinary network.
Cicerone Certified Server Exam
Presentation software
Event management
Personable and presentable in public and social settings Proficient with computers and internet, especially MS Office and web interface. Enthusiastic and optimistic Valid Driver’s License & capable vehicle Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Available and capable of regular business travel
