New Holland’s Harvest Series is a collection of events in the month of October that celebrate agriculture. Learn about farms, artisan producers and more at our various soirees designed to boost awareness of the incredible agricultural region we live in. Events take place both in our Pub in Holland, MI and out and about in the market.
10/6/11 “Honestly Outstanding Produce” – New Holland Pub, Holland, MI: 6:00pm
* Join Steve Hop in the Mezzanine for this free canning demonstration. Word is- you may even leave with a tasty sample!
10/11/11 “Michigan Harvest Dinner” – Salt of the Earth, Fennville, MI: 7:00pm
* A multi-course menu from Chef Matthew Pietsch with local foods and paired with New Holland’s beers.
10/12/11 “S & P’s Shakin’ Up Autumn; a Savory Toast to Fall” – Salt and Pepper, Zeeland, MI 7pm
* A multi-course meal made with local foods and paired with New Holland’s beers.
10/13/11- “Beer and Cheese with Evergreen Lane Creamery” – New Holland Pub, Holland, MI 5 pm
* Taste locally made cheeses with cheesemaker Cathy Halinski, and learn how they pair with beer.
10/20/11- “Pumpkin! Grow – Carve – Eat – Drink” – New Holland Pub, Holland MI 5pm
* Pumpkins everywhere. Carved, on your plate and in your glass. 5 pm
10/27/11 – “Hopivore : Michigan wet-hopped Harvest Ale – New Holland Pub, Holland MI 5 pm
* Celebrate the release of Hopivore with fresh beer and food.
10/27/11 – “Michigan Harvest Dinner at Kellogg Center’s State Room with MSU Student Organic Farm”
* Supporting MSU’s student organic farm the best way we know how, by serving up their food alongside New Holland brews.
11/6/11 – Autumnfest – Mug Club Appreciation – 5-9pm – New Holland Pub, Holland MI
