Description: A well balanced, slightly hop forward ale. This is a deep, copper colored English-style ale. It has a sweet malty nose and a creamy white head. English Galena and Willamette hops offer a pleasant, slightly spicy, citrus bitterness which is supported by a caramelly, sweet medium body. Fermented with an English Bitter Ale yeast.
