Belgian style ale made with cocoa nibs and bananas
Description: Although Head Brewer Jason Salas used a Belgian yeast to ferment this beer his intention was not to brew to a particular Belgian style. You will find hints of banana and chocolate flavors from the cocoa nibs and bananas used during the brewing process. This beer fermented at a high temperature which added other fruity esters as well. Even though it is relatively high in a.b.v. La Quida’s medium body makes it a easily drinkable beer.
