Style: Brown Porter
Description: The first thing you will notice is the thick tan head on this porter which allows the sweet malt tones to reach your nose. When our brewer Molly brewed this beer she added in Oatmeal Raisin, Chocolate Chip, Grasshopper, Fudge covered Graham Crackers and Oreo cookies with the malt in the mash tun. You may not be able to taste the individual cookies in this beer but they definitely added to its overall sweetness and blended well with the natural coffee and chocolate tones you would expect from a porter.
