Golden Cap Saison is a modern interpretation of a traditional farmhouse ale. A soft, pale beer, Golden Cap embodies the flavors and aromas of summer fields. Brewed with an ancestor of wheat called spelt, its straw-colored body, lively carbonation and a unique fermentation profile evoke fresh cut hay and cracked peppercorn.

As a former professional brewer, this beer is money! Saisons are my favorite beer style and yours is an excellent example of the style: grassy, spicy, fruity sweet Belgian farmhouse yeast aroma with a nice dry champagne-like finish. Awesome! Too many brewers fail when trying to make these and I’m glad I can find a locally made one that is just as good as the imports. Would like a little more hop aroma but still great. GABF gold wriiten all over it.
Cabin Fever is off the hook as well. Keep up the great work.
