We offer brewery and distillery tours at our Production Brewery (684 Commerce Ct.) every Saturday. Please note, tours are NOT at our pub and restaurant downtown!!!
Our production campus tour is a combination tour of both our brewery and distillery. This hour-and-fifteen-minute tour will take you through our northside New Holland Production space. Tour includes information on our 50-barrel brewhouse, fermentation cellar, post prohibition pot-still, Dragon’s Milk Cellar, as well as our spirit aging room. Tours include samples of both our beer and spirits and a take home pint glass.
Tours are able to be reserved here, through our web-site, and will be capped at 25 people per tour. Reservations are recommended to ensure a space. Tickets may no longer be purchased at the pub, only online or at the production facility on Saturdays. Please note, all ticket sales are final. Please wear closed toe shoes, as we are a working brewery and may be in production during your tour.

i have a few questions- im looking at doing a brew tour on sept 29th and would like to know the following:
1. what would your hours be that day and as a group of 35 to 50 would you be willing to adjust? looking at routing i belive i would be there between regular hours – right now im just putting the list together and working on the schedule – nothing in stone yet.
2 with a group of 35 to 50 would you be willing to through in a door prize or two. nothing extravagant.
3. is there any special event that day for you guys? maybe a new beer being tapped.
thanks again im just trying to figure routing and schedule right now.
Hi, Joe.
Thanks for reaching out about a possible group tour on the 29th. Our tour director, Jenney, will be in contact with you direct via email.
I hope it all works out!
Thanks again, Megan
My name is Kathy Wismer and I am a parishioner at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Chicago Illinois. Each year St. Bart’s hosts the Heart of St. Bartholomew Dinner Auction. The Heart is an excellent opportunity to honor outstanding member of our community while raising money for our excellent elementary school. This years Heart takes place on Oct. 14, 2012.
We are putting together a Michican Get Away package for our silent auction this year. I believe that an item from New Holland Brewery would be an excellent addition to our package.
I respectfully request that you consider a donation to our event. An official donation letter is available.
Best regards,
Kathy Wismer

I love to read well written quality content like this. …It helps me to realize there are writers that care about their material…. Thank you.
Hi. My wife and I have tickets for the tour this Saturday, March 16th. I was wondering if you allow photography during the tour?
Thanks!
Hi John,
Sorry, your message just came through today. I hope you had a good time on the tour!!
Thanks,
Emily
No problem Emily. Yes, we had a great time both on the tour and lunch at the pub! I’ve been recommending both to all my friends that enjoy a good brew.
Thanks and keep up the great work!
John
I am planning on stopping in Holland on my way further north for vacation this July. I would like to know the summer tour schedule so I can plan accordingly. Only reason Im stopping in Holland, is to visit your brewery. Thanks! And Cheers! from Missouri!
Hi Tim,
I was just talking with our Tour Coordinator, Jenney, and I think you’ve already connected. Let us know if you need any more info on the tour situation!
Thanks,
Emily
I see that a Dragon Cellar Tour was held on May 2, so I am guessing that it is not part of your regular tours? I am trying to include a stop in Holland during an upcoming road trip, and would really enjoy an opportunity to see the magical creation of my favorite beverage. Are any scheduled for this summer?
thanks
Hi Bonnie,
We are doing 3-4 Dragon’s Milk specialty tours a year, so our next one will likely be scheduled near the end of summer. Nothing scheduled currently. Our Saturday tours include a stop through the Dragon’s Milk cellar and is a great spin around our facility. If you’re around on June 8th, the Hatter FAmily Tour is gonna be awesome and really more of a guided tasting with 7 of our brewers talking through the process. Should be fun.
We generally post our specialty tours on Facebook, so if you like our page, you’ll get a heads up when the next one is on the schedule.

Hope we’ll see you soon!
