Enjoy a gourmet dinner paired with New Holland beers. Boyne Highlands Executive Chef, Edgar Jacobs, constructs fabulous meals consisting of fresh ingredients and an artful presentation to enhance the night's beverage pairings.

The night's menu includes:

Sundog Amber Ale paired with BBQ chicken egg roll with carmalized onion and smoked gouda.

Full Circle Kolsch paired with grilled whitefish cakes served with smoked tomato beurre, dilled red bliss potatoes and grilled sweet corn cobette.

The Poet Oatmeal Stout paired with Scottish Summer Pudding served with chocolate ganache and summer berries.

Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres start at 6 p.m. Event is $30 per person and includes hors d' oeuvres, dinner and preselected alcoholic plus non-alcoholic beverages. Additional beverages are available for purchase. Tax and gratuity not included.

Come on down to the pub this Friday and Saturday for the kick off of our Backyard Beer-B-Q.

Every Friday we’ll be grillin’ on our back patio starting at 4pm. Each week we’ll have a different recipe using a New Holland beer. You can pick up a copy of the recipe so you can try it at home.

This week is the kick off and in celebration we’ll be grillin’ both Friday and Saturday. This week’s recipe is Mad Hatter jerk chicken, sweet peas and brown rice cooked slowly in coconut milk and spices with raw onions in a Mad Hatter vinaigrette.

Saugatuck Green Food Bluegrass Festival (Felt Mansion-)

New Holland is proud to be a part of this celebration of local food, beer, wine and music.

Enjoy locally grown picnic fare as you listen to some of Michigan’s finest bluegrass bands. The music begins at one o’clock and continues all afternoon with a new group taking the stage at the top of each hour. With all this good music and fresh air, you’re sure to have an appetite. Local vendors will be on hand to serve you food proudly grown by the farmers of the West Michigan Co-op. With everything from grilled chicken, bratwurst, pulled pork sandwich, or veggie pita, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

New Holland will feature Mad Hatter-IPA, Golden Cap Saison and The Poet-Oatmeal Stout.

All proceeds from the Green Food Bluegrass festival benefit the restoration and the LEED certification process for the Felt Estate.

Brew at the Zoo (National Zooalogical Park-3001 Connecticut Ave. NW Washington D.C.)

Raise your glass to conservation at the fifth annual Brew at the Zoo. Sample beer from more than 35 microbreweries. New holland will be on hand pouring Full Circle-Kolsch and The Poet-Oatmeal Stout.

Your ticket includes:
-All beer sampling
-A commemorative mug
-Live music by local entertainers Gonzo's Nose and the Batala Percussion Band.

Proceeds support animal care, conservation science, education, and sustainability at the National Zoo.

Armand's Pizzeria, Hard Times Café, and Rocklands Barbeque and Grilling Company will be providing food for sale during the event.

Tickets are $35 for friends of the zoo members and $50 for non-members.

Sober driver tickets are also available for $15. Sober drivers will not receive a commemorative mug and will not be served beer.

You must be at least 21 years old to attend this event. A valid ID is required for admission. This is an adults-only event. Babies and children will not be admitted.
