New Holland Beer Dinner at Paesano's Restaurant (Paesano's Restaurant-3411 Washtenaw Ave Ann Arbor, MI)

Paesano's will be hosting New Holland Brewing Company for their "Fine Beer Fest" on Monday
June 9th. Showcasing the dinner-worthy qualities of New Holland's brews, Paesano's will craft a specially prepared six course menu, with each course matched to its own beer.

The menu for the dinner:

1-Full Circle w/ appetizer buffet (puff pastries with peppercorn/cheese and anchovy, prosciutto
wrapped melon)

2-Zoomer with a Bibb lettuce salade with roasted hazelnuts, candied orange, shaved white
cheddar and citrus zest vinaigrette

3-Sundog with a slightly sweet Barley & Mushroom risotto

4-Mad Hatter with sauteed halibut on mustard greens with a spicy nut sauce

5-Dragons Milk with lamb shoulder braised in stout, bacon, carrot and mushroom with pan
glaze reduction

6-Black Tulip with ginger sorbet.

Price for dinner will be $49 per person(plus tax and gratuity). Please call Paesano's to secure your reservation.

Mad Hatter Burlesque & Variety Show (Cliff Bell's-2030 Park Ave. Detroit, MI)

Celebrate Mad Hatter Day at Cliff Bell's, Detroit's premiere jazz club, and take yourself to a time and world where what is, isn't.

New Holland staff will be on hand with special beers including Poet Black Velvets and sneek peek releases like Golden Cap Saison and 2008's Black Tulip Trippel.

There will be one of a kind entertainment from Torch with a Twist and the Detroit debut of "Bad Girls Love Good Beer" plus prizes for best dressed.

There is no cover but space is limited.

Hatter Days (New Holland Brewing Co.-Holland, MI)

Friday June 13th:

Annual Golf Outing
This year's golf outing will be held at the Grand Haven Golf Course with an 11am shotgun start.

The cost is $100 per player and includes:
Green fees and cart
Use of the driving range starting at 9am
New Holland beer throughout your round
BBQ lunch during your round
Pig roast dinner with live music after your round
Awards ceremony after dinner

There will also be NHBC giveaways, a contest for best vintage golf outfit, awards for a variety of games during your round and mini-massages available for a donation to Alliance for the Great Lakes.

If you want to participate you can pick up your registration form at our pub on 8th St. or print off a copy by going to our web site www.newhollandbrew.com.

We will be giving tours of our production facility at Noon, 2pm and 4pm.

The cost of the tour is $5 and we will have shuttles running between the pub and the production facility
between 11:30 am and 4:30 pm.

This festival is a beer lovers dream.
Friday the 27th the festival will kick off with a meet the brewers and cheese makers party at 7pm.
Fred Bueltmann from New Holland Brewing and John Freyer from Dogfish Head Brewery will be presenting 8 flights of Beer and Cheese at the Friday night Meet the Brewers and Cheese Maker Party. The pairing event will also be accompanied by Derick Rosinsky from International Imports a cheese aficionado.

Saturday will feature an extreme beer tasting from 3pm-6pm with over 150 premium craft beers on hand.

There will be live music and great food on hand everyday of the festival and of course great beer fom all over the world for you to enjoy.

Brews Cruise (Sloan Museum-Flint, MI)
