Join New Holland for a night of Soul food and Soul music and the Sidecar Bar & Grill. The fun starts at 5pm and goes until who knows when.
We'll be pouing Mad Hatter IPA, The Poet oatmeal stout, Cabin Fever brown ale, Dragon's Milk oak aged ale and Pilgim's Dole wheat wine.

Designed to be Michigan’s premier wine and food experience, this festival will bring together wineries from around the world along with the culinary experts of West Michigan.

Presented in the 40,000 square foot elegance of DeVos Place’s Steelcase Ballroom, this three day event will attract thousands of consumers and offer a vast array of extraordinary tastings, cooking demonstrations, gourmet specialty items and accessories as we head into the holiday season.

New Holland's Beervangelist Fred Bueltmann will be leading two workshops on Saturday the 22nd. At 6:30pm he will present "Beer and Cheese" and at 8:30pm Fred will talk about "Beer and Chocolate".

Tickets are available at the door on the day of the event. No one under the age of 21 will be allowed into the festival. Sampling tickets will be sold at the entrance and redeemed at booths.

Get a taste of the goodness inside New Holland's sesonal variety pack from 5pm-7pm at The Beer Yard.

Deconstruction: Mad Hatter IPA
Head Chef Andy Dickerson and New Holland Beer Ambassador Joel Armato will pick apart New Holland’s Mad Hatter IPA piece by piece- pairing and contrasting food to each flavor component of the beer.

To celebrate the unveiling of their large gingerbread castle and to officially kick off the holiday season, the Marriott Chicago Downtown is partnering with New Holland Brewing Co. and hosting a beer and pastry tasting from 4:30-7 in the hotel lobby.

During the event, Culinary Artist and Marriott’s Master Ice Carver will be outside on Michigan Avenue ice carving for passersby. This event officially kicks off the Marriott's holiday season.

This year’s Gingerbread display is a 20 foot long Gingerbread castle from the creative minds of CHIDT pastry shop. Made up of over 500 pounds of gingerbread and over 400 pounds of candy and icing. The fairy castle has two trains and is lit up with holiday lights.

Beer and Dessert Tasting:

Beer experts from New Holland will be at the Marriott to hand out samples of beer paired with Chicago Marriott Downtown Desserts.

Featured will be:

Mini Chocolate Belgium Waffles served with “Dragon’s Milk” Beer Syrup made with New Holland’s Dragon’s Milk Ale

Beer Malts made with New Holland’s “Night Tripper” Imperial Stout

Poet Oatmeal Stout served with Mini Housemade Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

All three beers will be available for purchase at the bar along with two additional New Holland Beers, Mad Hatter IPA and Cabin Fever Brown Ale available on tap.
