The Cellerman's Beer Dinner (66 E. 8th St. Holland, MI)

Mar 25, 2010 - 7pm-10pm - Pub Events

Join us for our second Cellerman's Beer Dinner. It is a family style meal with a menu put together by New Holland Chef Matt Millar. The dinner will also feature specialty brews created by New Holland's pub brewer Jeff Sheehan.

The menu:
Course one
-Jagdwurst with diced cherries.
-Braunschweiger with pickled red onion.
-Benton's smoked ham hock terrine.
Paired with Lanterne Rouge Belgian Ale.

Course two
-Sage and morel mushroom soup.
Paired with Gruit Ale.

Course three
-Grilled, cured trout with lemon and pancetta.
-Arugula German butterball potatoes & caper hollandaise.
Paired with Imperial Hatter.

Course four
-Danish pear tart with brown butter ice cream.
Paired with Envious.

The price of the dinner is $40 per person and reservations are encouraged.

Freaky at the Tiki Party (66 E. 8th St. Holland, MI)

No plans this year for Spring Break?? Don't worry- we are bringing the beach to you! Join us for our annual Freaky at the Tiki Party as we celebrate the release of our summer seasonal beer, Golden Cap. Put on your Hawaiian gear and head on down to the pub to check out your buds, Formerly Hip performing from 5-8pm followed by our headliner, 5 'O Clock Somewhere playing your favorite Jimmy Buffet tunes from 9pm-midnight. As always, there is no cover charge for this event. Be sure to try our dinner special for the evening which is a sampler offering a sneak peak at our new spring menu:

*Sampler plate featuring Mad Hatter brined Southern fried chicken wings
*Pork rinds with sweet and spicy BBQ rub
*Three salsas:
*Roasted tomatillo salsa verde
*Fresh Pico de gallo
*Salsa chile chipotle morita
*With fresh fried white corn tortilla chips
