New Holland Brewing Co. is proud to be part of a one-of-a-kind culinary competition, and an inviting Northen Michigan vacation getaway, at Shanty Creek Resorts and the always-exciting Chef’s Challenge.
Hosted by Challenge Mountain Charity in the Bellaire Ballroom of Shanty Creek’s beautiful Summit Village, this high-spirited event pits the finest culinary minds of North and South Michigan in a winner-take-all hot food competition to be voted on by three expert judges and the viewing public.
The following night, return for a delightful evening of thrills and fun as our winning North and South teams square off in a heated, “mystery” basket Iron Chef Challenge! For the price of your entry, enjoy an extravagant four course dinner courtesy of the illustrious chefs of Shanty Creek.
Chef’s Challenge proudly sponsors only local ingredients including hugely popular Michigan fine wines and microbrews. New Holland will be on hand with Red Tulip, Mad Hatter, Dragon's Milk, Zoomer and Full Circle.

We'll have the Tigers-Yankees game on TV, two live bands from 6p-11p and Mad Hatter, Red Tulip, Zoomer, Full Circle, Existential, Night Tripper, Pilgrim's Dole and Dragon's Milk on Tap. Craft beer is .75 off all 25oz mugs.
