2002 Dragon's Milk - $15.00

Barrel Aged Strong Ale - 10OZ bottle
Average Score: 3.88 - 10° P, 9% a.b.v.

One of our most remarkable beers, this vintage of Dragon’s Milk was a recent discovery in the cellar. It provides an intriguing experience full of surprises. The oak flavor remains present, yet it is soft and not overpowering. Warming bourbon character is apparent in a well balanced array of flavors. Brewmaster John Haggerty enjoyed it, putting the “Drink Now” comment on his sheet, implying we should get while the getting’s good. Less than 48 bottles remain.

2003 Pilgrim's Dole - $15.00

Wheatwine - 12OZ Bottle
Average Score: 4.00 - 19.5° P, 10% a.b.v.

This beer made a big impression in our first library tasting panel. Those that loved it, really loved it. Its caramel body was appreciated by all, with toffee and molasses noticed and admired by a few judges as well. Hints of apple won the others over. A big beer at 10%, Dole has aged nicely and is the prize of our library. Only 48 bottles exist at the time of this printing.

Y2k (1999) - $12.00

Barleywine - 12oz bottle
Average Score: 3.13 - 10% a.b.v.

A hoppy and spicy barleywine, deep red and coppery in color, Y2K was considered to be one of the more complex library beers on our inaugural taste panel. A licorice nose complemented by a
very hoppy, almost herbal body wrapped inside a big and bold beer topping 10%. Fred recommends a cigar and Tom Waits as a suitable accompaniment for this beer of the new millennium.
