Beers: Black Tulip - Trippel Ale, Pilgrim's Dole - Wheat Wine
Spirits:

Ingredients: 5 ripe Bartlett (variety in question) pears, peeled, halved and cored
2 cups New Holland Pilgrim’s Dole Wheatwine Ale (alternate: Black Tulip Trippel)
3 Tablespoons Turbinado sugar
4 whole cloves
