Ingredients: 1 Tablespoon Extra-virgin Olive oil
1 Tablespoon Malt Vinegar
1 Tablespoon stone ground mustard
1 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/3 cup Mad Hatter India Pale Ale
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
