Duties
-Both guiding and hosting tours of our production facility-Attending tastings, promotional events and beer festivals

Office Assistant (Corporate Office)
Description
New Holland Brewing Company is seeking a part-time Office Assistant at our corporate offices located in downtown Holland. This position will be approximately 20-25 hours per week Monday through Friday; however, some flexibility with hours is expected.For consideration, please submit your resume to info@newhollandbrew.com. Duties
• Answer, screen and direct incoming telephone calls on a multi-line system• Provide information to callers
• Take and distribute messages
• Greet corporate office guests
• Maintain company files
• Review, validate and enter all vendor invoices
• Perform other A/P and A/R duties as directed
• Prepare documents and spreadsheets as needed by other team members
• Prepare mail and UPS shipments
• Assist with organization of special events
• Receive and distribute mail
• Perform other clerical duties as needed
Required Skills
• Prior work experience in Accounts Payable• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with accounting software, preferably QuickBooks
