Event Crew Member (Distribution)

Description

New Holland Brewing Co. is seeking outgoing and energetic individuals to join our event crew.
Position: Event Crew Member



Duties

-Both guiding and hosting tours of our production facility
-Attending tastings, promotional events and beer festivals
-Assisting New Holland team members as needed.

Required Skills

• Completion of a workshop that will be held on a Saturday in August (Date TBD).
• Good interpersonal skills
• Flexible schedule (you will be required to work weekends and evenings)
• Reliable transportation

Description

New Holland Brewing Company is hiring individiuals to work in our kitchen at our downtown Holland restaurant. We are looking for dependable and hard-working applicants, with prior kitchen experience a plus. Applicants must be self-motivated with flexible hours.

Office Assistant (Corporate Office)

Description

New Holland Brewing Company is seeking a part-time Office Assistant at our corporate offices located in downtown Holland. This position will be approximately 20-25 hours per week Monday through Friday; however, some flexibility with hours is expected.

Duties

• Answer, screen and direct incoming telephone calls on a multi-line system
• Provide information to callers
• Take and distribute messages
• Greet corporate office guests
• Maintain company files
• Review, validate and enter all vendor invoices
• Perform other A/P and A/R duties as directed
• Prepare documents and spreadsheets as needed by other team members
• Prepare mail and UPS shipments
• Assist with organization of special events
• Receive and distribute mail
• Perform other clerical duties as needed

Required Skills

• Prior work experience in Accounts Payable
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with accounting software, preferably QuickBooks
