This dessert is about sharing. It’s a heap of ice cream served with pecans, caramel and fudge topped with whipped cream and cherries. Share it amongst a group, and we’ll share a portion of the proceeds with the Shawn D. Wiersma Criminal Justice Scholarship Fund at Grand Valley State University in memory of our good friend.
