Black & Blue Salad ($10.99)

Fresh spinach tossed with sweet and spicy peppers, gorgonzola, garbanzo beans, and scallions topped with grilled, herb marinated, thin sliced flank steak and charred tomato vinaigrette.

Cherry Tomato Salad ($7.99)

Fresh cherry tomatoes, arugula, local goat cheese, red onion, Kalamata olives, and basil with charred tomato vinaigrette.

Add braised Benton’s pork belly for $2.99

Brew House Salad ($8.49)

A hearty salad inspired by hungry brewers. Butter lettuce, Michigan raised roast turkey, scallions, bacon, blue cheese, hard boiled egg, and tomato. Served with creamy Mad Hatter blue cheese dressing.
