About
I have been with New Holland for almost three years and have seen many changes in the pub. Our drive forward can be seen in every aspect of our business. I would like to say that the pub on 8th street, and its team, has been constantly evolving to meet the needs of Downtown Holland.
To ask a person "What is your favorite beer?" is an intense question, and forces us to draw absolutes. I will answer it the way I think it should have been asked...hat is my favorite beer style? Overall stouts; however, almost all styles work for me. There are only two styles that I do not like - Pilsners and malty ambers.
Favorite Quotes? I have only one ..."Don’t call it a come back. I have been here for years."
Over the last three years I have one monumental event that stands out the most. The first St. Patrick’s Day I was at New Holland is the event where I first saw the effect, good or bad, that I can have on the company. It is the ability to truly affect the course of this business that keeps my enthusiasm for my job where it is.
Given the chance, I would like to move to northern Africa for a couple years and just hang out and be a dude. Maybe do some good, maybe not. But I would eat some great food and watch desert racing.
