I started brewing for new holland in the fall of 2001 on the little barrel and a half pilot system down at the fairbanks location. Being a homebrewer for a few years prior to that it sounded like a good idea. I was young and naive, the whole world was in front of me, then I woke up one day and six blurred years had passed. Hmmm, maybe I should start laying off the hooch.
In all honesty though being a brewer for New Holland has been the most rewarding and the most fun job I've ever had. The guys I work with down here are the craziest people I've ever met and I've been around the block a time or two, so it does keep things entertaining. I would tell you some stories but some pending lawsuits prohibit me from going into detail. Well that's all I got, see ya at the bar.
