People I admire: Lamont (from Sanford and Son), Carl Spackler, Isaac Hayes, Francis Llewellyn Poncherello, Greg Brady, and of course the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man (although I don’t know if he can be considered a ‘person’ per se . . . hmmmm)
Beers I admire (other than our own – duh): Schlenkerla Urbock vom fass, Keesman Herren Pils, Schell’s Pils, Brauerei Fossel Keller Bier, Cool Colt - Colt 45, Schneider Aventinus, Pig’s Eye Pilsner, New Belgium Le Terroir, Carling Black Label Extra Old Stock, Goebel, Castle Rock Harvest Pale, and many others (notably absent are any beers over about 35 ibu’s or 8% abv – coincidence? Don’t count on it.)
Favorite quote: “do you think these pants make my ass look fat?” This quote is attributable to __________________ (fill in the name of any woman/girl in the blank space provided.)
Biggest dislike: Obvious beer (second favorite quote: Why did it have to be Eddie? He symbolizes everything that disgusts me. Obviousness. Unoriginal macho energy. Ladies man... hmm – Imperial/Double anything)
Most memorable moment at New Holland: Greco-Roman wrestling with Fred at the Sheridan after the Guild’s summer fest. Actually, I don’t really remember that so well. I do have a great recollection of the hotel security staff though.
The thing I like most about my role at New Holland: beer drinkin’ and hell raisin’!
