I am happiest in life when I follow my heart and seek out what gives me joy. I love to be around fun people, and make new friends. New Holland Brewery is one of those places I like to stick pretty close to. I have fond memories of the old building on Fairbanks; both as a customer and as a hired musician working there. Good times!
I started with the Event Crew in the spring of 2008, and you'll find me at the Brewery giving tours and hosting groups, and out at tasting events around Michigan. Of course, I'm a big fan of beer- all kinds of it. Whenever I'm traveling I try to seek out the local stuff too. Always an adventure! There are some great breweries around Michigan, and around the Midwest. Don't be afraid to try something new- you might like it!
My favorite NH beer is Ichibod (when in season) and the always-available Sundog. Second places are probably Red Tulip, and Full Circle. What's fun is the more I learn about beer, the more I'm enjoying it. I've always supported NHBC as a customer, so I am especially excited to be part of something really fun as a team member.
Besides playing music and drinking beer (two things I am involved in almost daily- that happily just happen to often go together), I also enjoy cooking, reading, going to the gym, sewing, planning parties, watching live bands, eating cheese, and queuing up my Netflix with 80's TV shows.
