Started with New Holland in April '05 as part-time packaging help, pub delivery grunt and general doormat for everyone else's boots. Went full time and began learning to brew a few months later when a brewer left. The education never ends, every day there's something new to learn, and I really dig making something that other people enjoy. Cheers!

We write about anything that motivates us to write...which at first glance there isn't much of since we don't update it very often. There's plenty to write about; the problem is that some of it is incriminating, some of it illegal, and most of the rest isn't fit for human consumption via blog or otherwise. Unfortunately that doesn't leave much to write about.
