Hi Elizabeth!
Yes- I LOVE the cucumber infused Knickerbocker Gin!!! Phil Thompson is our beverage manager- this is his take on infusions, “It’s really a simple process. I use two cucumbers per fifth of gin. Just slice the cucumbers and let them soak in Knickerbocker Gin for about two or three days but it is really up to your personal taste(part of the fun is taste testing).
You can find infusion vessels at stores like Target, Bed, Bath and Beyond or Pier One. You can also find the on line at websites like this one http://www.infusionjars.com/. We bottle our infusions for serving purposes behind the bar but you can serve right out of these vessels. You can have a lot of fun with infusing at home. If you have any questions let me know!”
Had one of these over the weekend. WOW! very refreshing. How does one go about infusing gin with cucumbers?
