At first Melissa Dylan, a solo artist, came upon Josh Stover (Guitar player), Aaron Flint (Drummer) and Mike ‘Mickers’ McNally (Bass Player) simply as a fellow musician looking for a back-up band. It didn’t take them long playing together to realize t…hat this was something that could go farther. The chemistry between them was clear, and the fused sound of Melissa’s pop-based songwriting and Walking Ionia’s fun rock hooks kinda merged into what is now known as RFR. After a few great shows and many long nights with Brian Leibrandt on lead guitar, New Guy Ben took over and became… Well, New Guy Ben (Soper).
