New Holland Artisan Spirits is in the process of expanding our spirit production capacity in a significant way. New Holland will be moving the bulk of its distilling operations to our brewery production facility in 2011. The new distillery will occupy 6500 sq. ft. giving us ample room for barrel aging our whiskeys and rums, and allow us to grow for many years to come.
The centerpiece of the expansion is our 800 gallon pot still. This still was built in 1932 and has been moth balled since the 1940’s. New Holland had the still restored to operating condition by Vendome Copper & Brass in Louisville KY. We are currently putting the still back together and hope to have it up and running the 1st quarter of 2011.
