On Friday, January, 20th, from 5pm – close in the Slopeside Lounge, Boyne Highlands will feature 6 different New Holland Beers for your to sample. They are Full Circle Kolsch-Style Beer, Mad Hatter IPA, Sundog Amber Ale, Cabin Fever Brown Ale, Dragon’s Milk Stout Aged in Bourbon Barrels and Poet Oatmeal Stout. Be sure sample all six different styles.

For those spirit drinkers the Slopeside will be featuring New Holland Artisan Spirits various cocktails with New Holland Huron Rum, a clean, bright rum with a delicate sweetness and hints of vanilla. Knickerbocker Gin, a vibrant, aromatic gin, twice distilled and infused with flavors from more than a dozen herbs and spices. Generous amounts of juniper-berries contribute a bright citrus and evergreen body, bursting with flavor before a clean finish. Named for the Dutch explorers of a new world, Knickerbocker celebrates modern exploration in the historic realm of distilling. Dutchess Cirtrus, a crisp spirit, with lively citrus notes infused from real fruit.
