They are Full Circle Kolsch-Style Beer, Mad Hatter IPA, Sundog Amber Ale, Cabin Fever Brown Ale, Dragon’s Milk Stout Aged in Bourbon Barrels and Poet Oatmeal Stout. Knickerbocker Gin, a vibrant, aromatic gin, twice distilled and infused with flavors from more than a dozen herbs and spices. Generous amounts of juniper-berries contribute a bright citrus and evergreen body, bursting with flavor before a clean finish. Named for the Dutch explorers of a new world, Knickerbocker celebrates modern exploration in the historic realm of distilling. Dutchess Cirtrus, a crisp spirit, with lively citrus notes infused from real fruit.
