This realization of my science deficiency definitely piqued when I sat down with our Woodmaster, Tim Faith, to talk about our new white sour ale – Incorrigible.
It’s probably important to mention, before we go any further, that I was a mediocre science student. I mostly had really smart lab partners who were perfectly happy with me recording data, so I didn’t accidentally sneeze over our petri dishes.
This worked well for my report card, but not so much for actually, you know, learning science stuff.
So, here’s the thing about the Great American Beer Festival (GABF) – it’s every bit as awesome as you expect it to be. It’s like being a kid on Christmas morning – only you’re at least 21-years-old and there’s beer.
