Be introduced to the 50 barrel brewing system from the 1940’s that brings you such delicious brews as Dragon’s Milk, Sundog, Mad Hatter, and Full Circle. Walk along the rows of aging Dragon’s Milk Barrels. Explore Michigan’s Oldest Craft Distillery which brings us such beloved flavors as Zeppelin Bend Single Malt Whiskey, Barrel Aged Knickerbocker Gin, and Beer Barrel Bourbon.
The Tour takes roughly one hour and thirty minutes, and includes our full brewing, packaging, and distilling systems. Beer and spirits samples are included on the tour; a complimentary New Holland logo pint glass is also included.
Children are allowed, though not encouraged. Please be sure to wear closed-toe shoes, as our brewing plant is a working production facility.
All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable.
PLEASE NOTE: Please note our tours begin and end at our Pub on 8th– located at 66 E 8th Street, Holland, MI 49423. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your tour, the bus leaves at your scheduled tour time. You will be transported between our Pub on 8th and our production facility, via a charter Coach. Please check in at the tasting bar at the rear of our Sidecar merchandise tour, which is attached to our Pub on 8th. If you have any questions when you arrive, please ask any of our team and they will be glad to assist you.

This unique and inviting 40,00 square foot restaurant also contains a 10 barrel brewing system and two stills capable for production of Craft spirits.
On this tour guests will learn about the brewing and distilling process, as well as share in the New Holland story and history!
Guests will see and taste the ingredients that go into our beers, and taste a variety of beers which may include (but not limited to) our Dragon’s Milk, Sundog, Mad Hatter, Ichabod, Full Circle.
We will then venture into the heart of our on-site distillery and learn about distillation and explore the flavors and creation’s of Michigan’s largest, oldest, and most award-winning Craft Distillery which brings us such beloved flavors as Zeppelin Bend Single Malt Whiskey, Barrel Aged Knickerbocker Gin, and Beer Barrel Bourbon.
